St James the Less has been serving the Parish of Iron Acton since the 14^th century and continues to be a place that welcomes all looking for peace and fellowship. It has a rich history especially related to the Poyntz family and Acton Court.

The worship at our communion services is informed by both our rich reformation and sacramental inheritances. Our monthly family services are relaxed and interactive, sometimes creatively using the space both inside and outside of the church building.
